Read the swap details
Review the rate, expected payout, minimum amount and any deposit deadline. Keep enough XMR in your wallet for the sending fee.
Send XMR and follow the order
Send the requested amount to the order’s Monero address. The service releases the receiving asset after your Monero transaction confirms and the order is processed. Save the order ID.

How much does it cost to swap Monero?

The swap cost: A service fee or spread can be included in the exchange rate. Compare the final amount you receive.

Check whether your wallet broadcast the transaction and whether it has confirmations. A pending deposit is not a reason to send it twice.

Quote expired?

Before sending, create a fresh order. If you already sent XMR, keep the transaction hash and contact the order’s support with your order ID.

Payout not visible?

Check the order for a payout transaction hash. Then check the receiving network, address and wallet sync status. Report a mismatch to support.
